8 cups of cubed seedless Watermelon plus eight small wedges for garnish (from an 8-pound Watermelon)
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
Directions
Bring the sugar, water, and ginger to a rolling boil in a small pan.Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10 min.Strain the syrup from the ginger into a small dish.
Puree the watermelon cubes in a food processor.Add the ginger syrup and lime juice.
Add the limeade to 8 tall glasses.Serve garnished with melon wedges.
